RF Technology Clause Samples

RF Technology. The parties acknowledge and agree that Licensee intends to engage RF Technology to formulate products and to support Licensee’s clinical tests pursuant to a separate written agreement between Licensee and RF Technology. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall prevent Licensee from engaging one or more other parties to formulate, supply and test Products.
