Rework Operation Sample Clauses

Rework Operation. Flextronics shall administer and manage a Rework operation for Prototypes, Pre-Production Products and Products. Flextronics shall conduct diagnostic testing on Rework Products, all pursuant to the Rework procedure set forth in Exhibit 11, purge routing/processing (including segregation of materials), stock support on and upgrade support for Nortel Networks. Costs of the foregoing shall be the responsibility of Flextronics and shall be included as part of the Production Effort and Services provided by Flextronics hereunder and shall only be chargeable to Nortel Networks pursuant to the Rework procedures set forth in Exhibit 11.
