REWARD PROGRAMME. 2.1 The Card Reward Programme is applicable to Principal Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember with active and good conduct of account. The Cardmembers shall not be entitled to participate in any other reward programme offered by RHB Bank with respect to the credit cards issued by RHB Bank other than the Card. Further holders of credit card issued by RHB Bank other than the Card shall not be entitled to Reward Programme unless determined otherwise by RHB Bank. 2.2 Subject to the terms herein an upon providing notice to the Cardmember by RHB Bank at its discretion for any variations, the Cardmember shall be eligible for RHB Reward Points in the following manner: a. Cardmember who spends on the Card at MyEG is entitled to collect five (5) RHB Reward Points for every RM1.00 spent. b. Cardmember who spends on the Card elsewhere is entitled to collect one (1) RHB Reward Point for every RM1.00 spent. 2.3 Additional RHB Reward Points may be given from time to time during tactical campaigns to promote the Reward Programme. 2.4 RHB shall allocate the RHB Reward Points to the eligible Cardmember based on the Principal Cardmember’s Card number, which is not blocked, cancelled or terminated by RHB Bank. 2.5 Subject to clause 2.4 above, only the Principal Cardmember shall be entitled to enjoy rewards of the RHB Reward Points as stated above during his/her lifetime. The Principal Cardmember shall not be entitled to nominate another person, including a supplementary Cardmember to receive the items rewarded to the Principal Cardmember. 2.6 Rewards Points accumulated by the Supplementary Cardmembers of Card will be credited into the Principal Cardmembers of the Card. The total Rewards Points accumulated by the Supplementary Cardmembers will be reflected in the Principal Cardmembers monthly credit card billing statement. 2.7 The Cardmembers hereby acknowledge that there is a lapse of time between a transaction made using the Card and the crediting of the RHB Reward Points into his/her account. As such, RHB Bank does not represent and warrant that the RHB Reward Points accumulated prior to a proposed redemption is immediately available for redemption at RHB Bank. RHB Bank reserves the right to deduct the RHB Reward Points or cancel the Reward Programme from the cardmembers account with prior notice. 2.8 The RHB Reward Redemption programme is governed by RHB Bank.
