Common use of Revolving Term Note Clause in Contracts

Revolving Term Note. Amounts owed under the Revolving Term Facility shall be evidenced by a promissory note of the Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto and otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, payable to the order of Lender (as amended, restated, modified, supplemented, replaced, refinanced or renewed from time to time, the “Revolving Term Note”). The terms and provisions of the Revolving Term Note are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. In the event of irreconcilable inconsistency between the terms hereof and the terms of the Revolving Term Note, the terms of the Revolving Term Note shall control.
