Common use of Revolving Credit Exposure Clause in Contracts

Revolving Credit Exposure. If for any reason the aggregate Revolving Credit Exposures at any time exceeds the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect (including as a result of the termination of any Revolving Credit Commitments on the Maturity Date thereof), the Borrower shall at such time prepay Revolving Credit Loans, prepay Swing Line Loans and/or Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations in an aggregate amount equal to such excess; provided that the Borrower shall not be required to Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations pursuant to this Section 2.05(b)(iv) unless after the prepayment in full of the Revolving Credit Loans and Swing Line Loans , such remaining aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure exceeds the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect.
