Revolving Credit Committed Amount. If at any time, the Working Capital Obligations outstanding shall exceed the Revolving Credit Committed Amount then in effect, the Borrower immediately shall pay to the Agent, for the ratable account of the Lenders, an amount sufficient to eliminate such excess.
