Common use of Revocation Period Clause in Contracts

Revocation Period. Executive has the right to revoke his release of claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act described in Paragraph 3 (the “ADEA Release”) for up to seven days after Executive signs it. In order to do so, Executive must sign and send a written notice of his revocation decision to the Company with a copy to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Rosenman LLP at the addresses provided in Paragraph 13 of the Employment Agreement, and that written notice must be received by the Company no later than the eighth day after Executive signed this Release Agreement. If Executive revokes the ADEA Release, Executive will not be entitled to any of the consideration from the Company described in Paragraph 2 above.

If Executive revokes the ADEA Release, Executive will not be entitled to any of the consideration payments or benefits from the Company described in Paragraph 2 3 above.

In order to do sorevoke Executive’s ADEA Release, Executive must sign and send a written notice of his revocation the decision to the Company with a copy do so, addressed to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Rosenman LLP at the addresses provided in Paragraph 13 of the Employment AgreementXxx Xxxxxx, Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, and that written notice must be received by the Company no later than the eighth day after Executive signed executes this Release Agreement. If Executive revokes the ADEA Release, Executive will not be entitled to any of the consideration from the Company described provided in Paragraph Section 2 aboveof this Agreement.
