Common use of Revocation; Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Revocation; Effectiveness. You have the right to revoke this Agreement within 7 days of signing it. Your notice of revocation must be in writing and addressed and delivered to the attention of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Chief Human Resources Officer, News Corporation, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, by hand-delivery or by certified mail, return receipt requested, on or before the end of the 7-day period. This Agreement will not be effective or enforceable against the Company until 10 days after it has received your signed copy of this Agreement. If you timely revoke this Agreement, it will not become effective, and you will not receive the Fiscal 2025 Bonus or the Equity Vesting.
