Common use of Revocation/Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Revocation/Effective Date. This Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the eighth day after you sign this Agreement. In other words, you may revoke your acceptance of this Agreement within seven (7) days after the date you sign it. Your revocation must be in writing and sent via email to the Company’s Chief People Officer, Xxxxxx Xxxx, at email address xxxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx by the end of the seventh day in order to be effective. If you do not revoke acceptance within the seven (7) day period, your acceptance of this Agreement shall become binding and enforceable on the eighth day after you signed it (“Effective Date”).
