Common use of Revocation/Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Revocation/Effective Date. Executive is provided seven (7) days after Executive signs this Agreement during which Executive may revoke acceptance of this Agreement. Employee’s revocation must be in writing and received by Sxxxx Xxxxxxx, EVP and Chief Financial Officer, on or before the seventh (7th) day after signing in order to be effective. If Executive does not revoke acceptance within the seven (7) day revocation period, Employee’s acceptance of this Agreement shall become binding and enforceable on the eighth day (“Effective Date”). The Severance will then become due and payable in accordance with paragraph 1.
