REVISING EXHIBITS. Both parties anticipate that during the course of the fiscal year, changes may be made to the subscribed services and revisions may be required to the exhibits which are part of this Contract. In these instances, District shall issue to LACOE Revised Exhibit A and/or Exhibit B accompanied by a signed Exhibit C to reflect any addition and/or deletion of subscribed services requested by the District during the fiscal year.
REVISING EXHIBITS. To the extent that implementation of a Product change pursuant to the Quality Agreement requires any revision to any document, Specification or any other information included or referenced in this Agreement, the Parties will amend this Agreement as necessary in accordance with Section 19.4.
