The Revised Specifications clause allows for changes or updates to the original technical or project requirements after a contract has been signed. In practice, this clause outlines the process by which one party can propose modifications to the specifications, often requiring mutual agreement and sometimes an adjustment to the project timeline or cost. Revised Specifications. If so requested by Buyer, Seller shall cooperate with Buyer's employees and outside agencies designated by Buyer in developing additional or revised specifications for Finished Products or Laminations including a revised price, if appropriate. No revisions to specifications shall be binding on Seller under this Agreement without Seller's written approval.
Revised Specifications. At the request and at the ---------------------- sole cost and expense of C&D, the Specifications for any Products manufactured hereunder may be revised at any time upon the agreement of Armkel, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Any further plans or modifications, or NRE related thereto, will require a Change Order as contemplated by the Agreement.

iv. PN 121-5864: Base 40’ Heron body,10 hard point main floor, and CMVSS panel.
Revised Specifications. (i) Part Number [***] referenced in Section 1 of Exhibit ‘A’ of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following part numbers: [***] and [***]; and (ii) [***] referenced in Section 2 of Exhibit ‘B’ of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following part number: [***] (collectively, the “Revised Specifications”).
