Common use of REVISED SHIFT SCHEDULES Clause in Contracts

The following Accords on Revised Shift Schedules including all written amendments thereto made in accordance with such Accords or by the parties hereto, heretofore or hereafter agreed upon, are binding upon the Toronto Police Services Board and the Toronto Police Association: 1.
