Common use of Revised Schedules Clause in Contracts

Revised Schedules. The following Schedules and/or Exhibits to the Credit Agreement (whether originally attached to the Credit Agreement or subsequently becoming part of the Credit Agreement by amendment) are hereby replaced in their entirety as follows: (a) Exhibit A to the Second Amendment (originally given in replacement of Exhibit A to the Credit Agreement) is hereby replaced by Exhibit A to the Fourth Amendment, with the effect that Exhibit A to the Fourth Amendment shall hereafter constitute Exhibit A for all purposes of the Credit Agreement.
