Revised Quote Clause Samples

The Revised Quote clause establishes the process by which a previously issued price quote can be updated or modified. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a revised quote may be provided, such as changes in project scope, materials, or unforeseen conditions, and specifies how the new quote will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear and mutually accepted understanding of any changes to pricing, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining transparency throughout the transaction.
