Revised Disclosure Clause Samples

Revised Disclosure. Seller shall deliver to Buyer a revised Schedule 2.1 within seven days of the Closing Date. Such revised Schedule 2.1 shall contain all of the information required pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Agreement. Seller shall also deliver to Buyer Attachment 4.8 to the Disclosure Schedule within seven days of the Closing Date. Such Attachment 4.8 to the Disclosure Schedule shall be in a form mutually agreed upon by both Buyer and Seller.
Revised Disclosure. Revised Capitalization Disclosure
Revised Disclosure. In the event that, at any time after the date hereof, Seller determines that any of Seller's representations or warranties contained herein are not true and correct in all material respects, Seller shall provide notice thereof to Purchaser (a "Revised Disclosure") and, to the extent not previously furnished or made available to Purchaser, copies of any additional documents that are referenced in the Revised Disclosure. All representations and warranties set forth in Section 4.1 shall be deemed amended, supplemented and qualified by the information set forth in the Revised Disclosure to the same effect as if such Revised Disclosure had been incorporated herein on the date of this Agreement.
