REVISED CLOSING PLAN. The parties agree to work jointly to assess, under the new production scenario, the revision of the closure plan for the Cauquenes Deposit in 2014 and compare it to the current plan in the possession of DET. In the case of any variation to the interests of DET, due to MVC’s activities in the deposit as a result of the extraction and processing of the tailings contained in the same, the Parties will jointly evaluate the form of implementation and financing or compensation of such variation.
