REVIEW ONLY. In the event the Contractor only wishes to view a submitted response, the Contractor may select “View/Edit”. Once the Contractor has finished viewing the response, the Contractor may simply exit the screen. DO NOT SELECT “Save for Later.” Team Georgia Marketplace™ recognizes any response placed in the “Save for Later” status as a work in progress and withdraws the originally submitted bid. As a result, unless the Contractor selects “Submit” prior to the closing date and time, no response will be transmitted to the Department.

REVIEW ONLY. 62. The Purchaser covenants and agrees to deliver to the Vendor, from time to time, within ten (10) days of written demand from the Vendor, all necessary financial and personal information required by the Vendor in order to confirm the Purchaser's ability to pay the balance of the Purchase Price on the Closing Date, including without limitation, written confirmation of the Purchaser's income, a copy of a mortgage approval letter from a financial institution and evidence of the source of the down payments required to be made by the Purchaser in accordance with this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement to the contrary, within ten (10) days of written demand from the Vendor, the Purchaser agrees to produce evidence of a satisfactory mortgage approval signed by a lending institution or acceptable mortgagee acceptable to the Vendor in its sole discretion confirming that the said lending institution or acceptable mortgagee will be advancing funds to the Purchaser sufficient to pay the balance due on the Closing Date. If the Purchaser fails to provide the mortgage approval (the “Mortgage Approval”) as aforesaid, then the Purchaser shall be deemed to be in default under this Agreement and the Vendor may, in its sole discretion, elect to accept in the place of such mortgage commitment, other evidence satisfactory to the Vendor that the Purchaser will have sufficient funds to pay the balance due on the Closing Date. In the event that the Purchaser fails to provide the Vendor with the Mortgage Approval as noted herein, then the Purchaser shall be deemed to be in default herein, then in such case the Vendor has the right to terminate this Agreement and any deposits, monies paid for extras, upgrades, charges or premiums will be forfeited by Purchaser to Vendor as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.

  • Review and Appeal (a) Each Party shall establish or maintain judicial, quasi-judicial, or administrative tribunals or procedures for the purpose of the prompt review and, where warranted, correction of final administrative actions regarding matters covered by this Treaty. Such tribunals shall be impartial and independent of the office or authority entrusted with administrative enforcement and shall not have any substantial interest in the outcome of the matter.

  • Review of Personnel Files Every member shall be allowed to review any of his/her personnel files except "confidential law enforcement records" and "trial preparation records" as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 at any time, upon request and reasonable notice. Such request shall be made to the supervisor directly responsible for maintenance of such files. Review of the files shall be made in the presence of such supervisor or the supervisor's designated representative. For the Division master personnel file, the request shall be made to the member's Subdivision Deputy Chief or his/her designated representative. Any member, or the member's Lodge representative, may copy documents in the member's file. The City may levy a charge for such copying, which charge shall bear a reasonable relationship to actual costs. A member will be notified in writing any time records within his/her personnel, background, IAB, and/or payroll file(s) are requested, as a public records request pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, provided the City determines that the request is proper under applicable law. A member may request copies of any records provided under this paragraph, and these copies shall be provided at no cost to the member.

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Constructability Review Prepare detailed interdisciplinary constructability review within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the plans from the District that:

  • Review Reports Within five (5) days after the end of the applicable Review period under Section 3.3(b), the Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver to the Issuer, the Servicer, the Depositor, the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee a Review Report indicating for each Review Receivable whether there was a Test Pass, Test Fail or Test Complete for each related Test. For each Test Fail or Test Complete, the Review Report will indicate the related reason, including (for example) whether the Review Receivable was a Test Fail as a result of missing or incomplete Review Materials. The Review Report will contain a summary of the Review results to be included in the Issuer’s Form 10-D report for the Collection Period in which the Review Report is received. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that the Review Report does not contain any PII. On reasonable request of the Servicer or the Administrator, the Asset Representations Reviewer will provide additional details on the Test results.

The Servicer may redact or remove Personally Identifiable Information from the Review Materials to the extent such redaction or removal does not change the meaning or usefulness of the Review Materials. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall be entitled to rely in good faith, without independent investigation or verification, that the Review Materials are accurate and complete in all material respects, and not misleading in any material respect.
