Review of the Company's Procedures. The Company and the Class B Holder hereby agree that the Class B Holder shall have the right, at its own expense and during normal business hours, to review any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Company which may be relevant to the Company's direct collection, loss mitigation foreclosure and REO management procedures currently in place in order to confirm that the procedures used by the Company and its subservicers are in accordance with the customary servicing practices of prudent mortgage loan servicers. In order to discuss such books, records or other information, the Company shall make personnel available who are knowledgeable about such matters.
