Review of Mortgage File. The Purchaser shall require the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to review the Mortgage Files pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and if it finds any document or documents not to have been properly executed, or to be missing or to be defective on its face in any material respect, to notify the Purchaser, which shall promptly notify the Seller.
