Review Draft Initial Study Clause Samples

Review Draft Initial Study. Based on comments received from County staff, the Consultant Team will revise the Screencheck Initial Study to create a Review Draft Initial Study. A minimal level of effort, not exceeding 8 hours, is assumed to be required to respond to any comments from the County on the Screencheck Draft Initial Study. The Consultant Team will provide the County with five (5) paper copies of the Public Draft Initial Study as well as one (1) electronic copy.
