Review Customer shall give Customer notice with regard to any action directly affecting this Agreement (including any proposed changes hereto) proposed by to comply with any orders of Regulatory Authorities. Notice of such action, including a copy of any proposed changes to the Agreement or to any applicable Tariff, as the case may be, shall be given by to Customer as soon as available and in no event less than
