Common use of Reversion Clause in Contracts

Reversion. If offered pursuant to an Agency Agreement under which this GIA is executed by Transmission Provider as agent for the relevant Transmission Owner, in the event that the relevant Agency Agreement terminates, any HVDC Service offered by Transmission Provider under this GIA shall revert to the relevant Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider shall be released from all obligations and responsibilities under this GIA.

Reversion. If offered pursuant to an Agency Agreement under which this GIA is executed by the Transmission Provider as agent for the relevant Transmission Owner, in the event that the relevant Agency Agreement terminates, any HVDC Service offered by the Transmission Provider under this GIA shall revert to the relevant Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider shall be released from all obligations and responsibilities under this GIA.
