Reverse Articulation Clause Samples
The Reverse Articulation clause defines how the terms of a master agreement are incorporated into individual transactions or confirmations, rather than the other way around. In practice, this means that instead of each transaction referencing the master agreement, the master agreement is deemed to be included in each transaction, ensuring that all relevant terms automatically apply. This approach streamlines documentation and reduces the risk of inconsistencies, as it ensures that the master agreement's provisions govern all transactions without the need for repetitive cross-referencing.
