Common use of Reversal of redistribution Clause in Contracts

Reversal of redistribution. If any Excess Amount subsequently has to be wholly or partly refunded to an Obligor by a Sharing Lender which has paid an amount equal to that Excess Amount to the Facility Agent under Clause 17.1 (Redistribution), each Finance Party to which any part of that amount was distributed shall on request from the Sharing Lender repay to the Sharing Lender that Finance Party’s proportionate share of the amount which has to be so refunded by the Sharing Lender.
