Common use of Revenue Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Revenue Disclosures. Borrower shall make available for inspection and audit to Commission's representatives, upon seventy-two (72) hours written request from time to time during the Term at Borrower's offices, or, if requested by Commission, at another location within Los Angeles County, all of the books and records relating to the operation of the Project and this Agreement. All such books and records shall be maintained by Borrower until the end of the Term; provided that in the event any litigation, claim or audit is started before the expiration of the Term, said books and records shall be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving said books and records shall have been resolved.
