Common use of Returns Policy Clause in Contracts

Returns Policy. Sound Delivery reserves the right, from time to time, -------------- to modify its return policies, which modifications shall be effective upon receipt by CDnow of written notice thereof; provided, however, that any such modification shall be applicable to Sound Delivery's similarly situated customers generally and imposed in response to modifications to the return policies of Sound Delivery's suppliers.
