RETURNS/EXCESS QUANTITIES Clause Samples
The RETURNS/EXCESS QUANTITIES clause governs the process for handling goods that are returned or supplied in quantities exceeding the agreed amount. Typically, it outlines the conditions under which a buyer may return surplus items, the timeframe for such returns, and any restocking fees or procedures that apply. This clause ensures that both parties have clear expectations regarding the management of excess inventory, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating efficient resolution of over-deliveries.
