Returning Hardware Sample Clauses

The Returning Hardware clause outlines the obligations and procedures for returning physical equipment or devices provided under an agreement. Typically, it specifies the condition in which hardware must be returned, the timeframe for return, and any responsibilities for shipping or associated costs. For example, a company leasing laptops to employees may require all devices to be returned in good working order within 30 days of contract termination. This clause ensures that valuable assets are properly accounted for and returned, minimizing loss or damage and clarifying each party's responsibilities at the end of the arrangement.
