In using the ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service, you understand that Billers and/or the United States Postal Service may return payments to the ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service for various reasons such as, but not limited to, ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ forwarding address expired; ▇▇▇▇▇▇ account number is not valid; ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unable to locate account; or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ account is paid in full. The ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service will attempt to research and correct the returned payment and return it to your ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or void the payment and credit your Eligible Transaction Account. You may receive notification from the ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service.

Returned Payments.
