RETURNABLE PACKAGES Clause Samples

The RETURNABLE PACKAGES clause establishes the terms under which packaging materials or containers provided with goods must be returned to the supplier. Typically, this clause specifies which types of packaging are considered returnable, the timeframe for their return, and any associated costs or credits for late or non-returned items. Its core function is to ensure the efficient reuse of packaging, reduce waste, and allocate responsibility for the return process between the parties.
