Return Trips Clause Samples

Return Trips. Employees on assignments away for longer than 4 weeks in duration, where practicable, be allowed to return home for the weekend at least once a month. Where the employee so returns home, all reasonable travelling expenses incurred shall be reimbursed by the Company provided that the employee presenting himself/herself for work at the site at the normal starting time on the next working day. The travelling expenses prescribed by this subclause shall not be payable to an employee receiving the living away from home allowance.

Return Trips. Mircom reserves the right to invoice Customer for costs and expenses incurred if return trips are needed for any reason; and

Return Trips. If family and/or belongings remain in the prior place of residence, two round-trip coach return trips home will be reimbursed within six months of hire date. If practicable, tickets should be purchased at least two weeks in advance. $5,000 may be requested to cover miscellaneous moving expenses.
