Return Trip Fees. If Contractor is requested by the Customer to make a return trip due to no fault of the Contractor, which the Contractor can prove through documentation (e.g., the Containers were not placed at the Curb on time and the driver documented that fact in a log, with a photograph, etc.), Contractor may charge the Customer an additional return trip fee for this service.
