Return to Workplace Sample Clauses

The 'Return to Workplace' clause outlines the conditions under which employees are required to resume working from their physical workplace after a period of remote work or leave. It typically specifies the timing, health and safety protocols, and any notice requirements for returning to the office, and may address accommodations for employees with special circumstances. This clause ensures both employer and employee understand the expectations and procedures for transitioning back to on-site work, thereby promoting a smooth and organized return while addressing potential concerns about workplace readiness and safety.
