Return to Work Training Sample Clauses
The 'Return to Work Training' clause outlines the employer's obligation to provide training or support to employees who are returning to work after an extended absence, such as due to illness, injury, or parental leave. This may include refresher courses, updated safety briefings, or orientation on new workplace policies and technologies introduced during the employee's absence. The core function of this clause is to ensure that returning employees are adequately prepared to resume their duties safely and effectively, minimizing disruption and facilitating a smooth reintegration into the workplace.
Return to Work Training. Employees and Owner Operators holding the Unit Chairperson position who are away from their workstation for a minimum period of six (6) months to fulfill these functions, will receive, if needed at the time of their return to work, sufficient on the job training in line with the training requirements of their classification and position in order to be re- familiarized and to perform their tasks adequately.

Return to Work Training. ROSI Operators that skipped a bid period or were off for other reasons for more than one (1) month will receive one (1) day of return to work training. Return to work training will be compensated at the top scale wage rate.
Return to Work Training. In order to return to work following the labour disruption that commenced on October 24th, 2011, each returning employee shall be required to complete two (2) hours of training to be scheduled by the Employer. Such training shall be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay. This applies on a one-time basis only.
