Return to Work Restriction Sample Clauses
A Return to Work Restriction clause sets conditions or limitations on an employee’s ability to resume work after a period of leave, typically due to illness or injury. This clause may require the employee to provide medical clearance, restrict certain job duties, or mandate a phased return based on their health status. Return to Work Restriction. Notwithstanding Article 9.4(a), where the actual date of delivery is later than the estimated day of delivery, the leave of absence shall not end before the expiration of six (6) weeks following the actual date of her delivery, or such shorter period as may thereafter be permitted under the provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
