Return to Residence. If you release your Residence because you have moved to the Health Center, and if later you are able, in the opinion of the Medical Director or your attending physician with the concurrence of the Medical Director, to return to a Residence, we will provide you a Residence of the same type as your previous Residence as soon as one becomes available. Upon reoc- cupying a Residence, your Monthly Fee will be based on the then-current Monthly Fee for the Residence.
