Return to IBM Sample Clauses
The "Return to IBM" clause establishes the requirement for a party to return property, materials, or confidential information to IBM at the end of a contract or upon request. In practice, this means that any physical or digital assets provided by IBM during the course of an agreement—such as equipment, documents, or proprietary data—must be promptly returned or destroyed as specified. This clause ensures that IBM retains control over its assets and sensitive information, minimizing the risk of unauthorized use or disclosure after the business relationship concludes.
