Return Services Clause Samples
The Return Services clause outlines the procedures and conditions under which goods or services can be returned by the buyer to the seller. Typically, it specifies the timeframe for returns, the acceptable reasons for returning items (such as defects or incorrect shipments), and any requirements for the condition of returned goods. This clause ensures both parties understand the process for handling returns, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying responsibilities in the event that products or services do not meet expectations.
Return Services. (a) Company will be the recognized source for the Product and will be the sole contact for third parties with Product problems related to Company's customers. Company will issue all warranties to third parties for the Product, but will be entitled to exercise its rights under paragraph 2.2.(b) against Contractor as to any defects specified therein.
(b) Product returns will be authorized by Company which will perform the initial failure analysis on the units. Those units indicating a defect due to assembly processing (Defective Unit) will be transmitted to Contractor (material review board) for confirmation of failure analysis at Contractor's expense and corrective action by the Contractor. Contractor's sole responsibility and liability as a result of any such defect shall be to provide compensation to Company for the amount charged to Company for each Defective Unit.

If a Product of Yours which was sent via the Offline Warehousing Services is returned to You by a Buyer or us, You may choose to order the Return Services, by following the process set out on the TikTok Shop Platform. By using the Return Services, You authorise TikTok to receive, inspect the status and dispose of the returned Products on Your behalf, store Products, and in certain cases, return to Your return address. Products may only be returned to the warehouse designated by You and us. You acknowledge and agree that all Products returned to us may be destroyed at Your cost and expense, and that You may not make any claim in respect of such Products or get back any of the returned Products. We may agree with You from time to time a different process or provide You with additional options in respect of the returned Products.
Return Services. By using the Return Services, you authorise TikTok to procure for a Fulfilment Partner to receive, inspect the status and dispose of the returned Products on your behalf, store Products, and in certain cases, return to your return address. Products may only be returned to the FBT Warehouse from which they were shipped. You acknowledge and agree that all Products returned to the FBT Warehouse may be destroyed by a Fulfilment Partner at your cost and expense, and that you may not make any claim in respect of such Products or get back any of the returned Products. We may agree with you from time to time a different process or provide you with additional options in respect of the returned Products.
