Return or Erasure of Company Information. You will deliver promptly to the Company (or erase from memory on your computer) on termination of your employment by the Company, or at any other time the Company may so request, all memoranda, notes, records, reports and other documents (and all copies thereof) in any form whatsoever (including information contained in computer memory or on any computer disks) relating to the Company’s business, which you obtained while employed by, or otherwise serving or acting on behalf of, the Company and which you may then possess or have under your control;
