Return of or on Capital Contributions. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, (a) no Partner shall receive any return or distribution of its Capital Contributions, (b) no Partner shall receive any interest or other return on or with respect to its Capital Contributions and (c) no Partner shall be entitled to withdraw any part of its Capital Contributions.
