Common use of Return of Members’ Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Return of Members’ Capital Contributions. Except to the extent that a Member shall be entitled to withdraw capital through the redemption of all or a portion of its Units in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, no Member shall have any right to demand the return of such Member’s Capital Contribution or any profits added thereto, except upon termination and dissolution of the Company. In no event shall a Member be entitled to demand or receive property other than cash.
