Return of Materials, Payments of Amounts Due and Settlement of Claims. If applicable and upon reasonable notice, XXXXX may reclaim frame samples at any time during the Term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, PROVIDER shall return to XXXXX any Plan or XXXXX materials including, but not limited to frame samples, displays, manuals and contact lens materials, and shall pay XXXXX any monies due with respect to claims or for materials and supplies. XXXXX may setoff any monies due from PROVIDER to XXXXX. PROVIDER agrees to promptly supply to XXXXX all records necessary for the settlement of outstanding medical claims.
