The Company shall keep Executive’s Company email active through December 31, 2022, or such later date as mutually agreed with the Company; provided that Executive will immediately forward any work-related emails that he receives at his Company email address to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive also confirms that Executive has delivered all passwords in use by Executive at the time of Executive’s termination, a list of any documents that Executive created or of which Executive is otherwise aware that are password-protected, along with the password(s) necessary to access such password-protected documents.
