Common use of Return Conditions Clause in Contracts

Return Conditions. This Annex B shall apply to the return of the Aircraft by or on behalf of Lessee under the Lease, whether at a Scheduled Expiration Date, upon the exercise of Lessee's rights under ss. 9 of the Lease, upon thE exercise of Lessor's remedies following the occurrence of a Lease Event of Default, or otherwise. However, this Annex B shall not apply (1) if an Event of Loss to the Aircraft occurs (unless the Aircraft is replaced under ss. 10.1.3 of the Lease), or (2) if Lessee buys the Aircraft in accordance with ss. 17 of the Lease. The terms defined in Annex A to Lease Agreement N___AT, when capitalized as in Annex A, have the same meanings when used in this "Return Conditions" Annex.
