Return Condition a. Equipment condition will be inspected by the District before leasing and upon return of said equipment.
Return Condition. (h) Prior to returning the Equipment you must clean it and decontaminate it.
Return Condition. The City may not remove any fixtures that are built-into or attached to any portion of the facilities or that were paid for with YMCA funds. Return Condition. The vehicle must be returned clean, with a full tank of gas, and in the same condition as when received. Exterior dust which can be removed with a quick hose-off is acceptable. If any additional cleaning is necessary, either internal or external, the renter will be charged a Cleaning Fee of $100. The Cleaning Fee will be assessed at the discretion of Ridge Mountain Rentals llc. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank of gas there will be a fee of $150.00 due at time of return.
Return Condition. Upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Lessee shall, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, demobilize and prepare the Equipment for return to Lessor. The Equipment shall be free and clear of oil and other substances and in the same condition as received except for ordinary wear and tear. Lessor may elect to (i) retrieve the Equipment from the site at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, or (ii) direct Lessee to deliver the Equipment to location designated by Lessor, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, and Lessee shall promptly undertake al efforts to carry out Lessor’s election above.
Return Condition. Upon return (other than a return upon a Casualty Occurrence where provisions of Section 8 shall apply) and at Lessee's expense (or at Lessor's expense as specified in Section 6(a)), the Aircraft must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Return Condition. In determining whether the Goods have been returned to the Lessor in good condition the parties hereby agree and declare that they shall not have been so returned unless they have been properly maintained improved and updated to the technical standards applying at the date of such return for equipment of the same type as the Goods.
Return Condition. Playground Inspection Kit must be returned to the Lenders address listed above as a complete, undamaged kit with all items listed herein in good operating condition. Any items that are lost, stolen, damaged or no longer usable must be replaced at the expense of the borrower.
Return Condition. HAVEN shall return the AOT and Joule Equipment and any parts, additions or STWA Improvements made thereon or thereto, to STWA at STWA’s offices or other place designated by STWA. On return to STWA, the AOT and Joule Equipment shall be in the same condition delivered by STWA, except for ordinary wear and tear.
Return Condition. 11.1 Subject to Kinder Morgan's option to purchase under Section 12, below, upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx shall, at Kinder Morgan's expense, disconnect and prepare the Equipment. The Equipment shall be free and clear of oil and in substantially the same condition as received except for ordinary wear and tear. Lessor will retrieve Equipment from the site at Lessor's expense.
