Fully Equipped Clause Samples

Fully Equipped. The Aircraft shall (a) comply with the manufacturer's original type certificate specifications therefor, as revised up to the date of return hereunder, (b) be complete and fully equipped for operation under applicable FARs, and (c) function and perform in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and all discrepancies noted during the pre-return inspections and acceptance flights shall be corrected in accordance with the manufacturers' manuals.
