Cosmetic Condition Sample Clauses
The Cosmetic Condition clause defines the required physical appearance and surface quality of an item, typically in the context of goods being sold or leased. It sets standards for acceptable wear, scratches, dents, or other superficial imperfections, often specifying whether items must be free from visible damage or may show minor signs of use. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the expected visual and physical state of the goods, reducing disputes over subjective assessments of condition and helping to align expectations at the time of delivery or inspection.
