Return Commission Clause Samples

Return Commission. When Reinsured’s Expense Ratio for any year subject to this Agreement is less than 33%, Reinsured shall pay Reinsurer Return Commission. The amount of Return Commission is determined by subtracting the Reinsured’s Expense Ratio from 33%. Reinsured shall pay Reinsurer such Return Commission within 45 days following the conclusion of any year subject to this Agreement.
