Return and Rejected Items. Originator acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any and all returned or rejected items. Originator authorizes Service Provider to deduct the amount of any returned or rejected item from the balance of funds currently due to the Originator. In the event there are not sufficient funds currently held by the Service Provider on the Originator's behalf, Originator further authorizes Service Provider to debit the Demand Deposit Account or any other deposit account maintained by the Originator, as necessary, to recover any funds for returned or rejected debit transactions. Originator agrees to pay a $25.00 fee for any debits to Originator's accounts which are not honored by Originator's bank.
